By submitting this form, I agree to the terms and conditions of the HVAC maintenance plan, including regular service visits, emergency services (if applicable), and automatic payments from my bank account (if applicable). I understand the charges may vary depending on the services rendered.
This Agreement will remain in effect for a period of one year from the date of signing. It will automatically renew each year unless terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice prior to the renewal date.
Payment for the Maintenance Plan is due upon signing of this Agreement.
If the Customer opts for automatic renewal, payment will be charged on the same date every year. The Customer must notify the Contractor of any changes to billing information prior to renewal.
Any parts or services not covered in this agreement are subject to market pricing
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the HVAC system is accessible during scheduled maintenance visits.
The Customer will notify the Contractor of any unusual noises, smells, or system malfunctions between scheduled visits.
The Customer will keep air filters on hand if requested by the maintenance plan, especially if additional filters beyond the standard cleaning are required.
The Contractor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Customer does not adhere to the payment terms or if access to the HVAC system is obstructed.
The Customer may terminate the contract at any time with a written notice, but no refund will be issued for services already provided.
This Agreement does not cover repairs or services for parts that are damaged beyond reasonable repair due to negligence, misuse, or acts of nature.
The Contractor is not liable for damage caused by issues outside of the HVAC system, including electrical failure, plumbing leaks, or improper installation.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Mississippi. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Madison County, Mississippi.
